Collier-Love Builders, Inc. was founded in  1989 by Mike Love to provide construction services in the Charlotte, NC area. Charlie McCoy joined the company as a partner in 2008. We hold general building licenses in both North and South Carolina.
We have completed a wide variety of commercial and residential projects through the years for a diverse group of clients. A high percentage of our clients are repeat clients, which we feel is a testament to the value engineered quality that we strive to implement in all of our projects. We strive for creative design in all of our projects.
 We have three areas of focus:
- Design
- Construction
- Property Management
We construct each project as if it were our own. We have also constructed projects for our own use as office / warehouse facilities and managed our facilities for multiple tenants.
Our emphasis in the past has been on office / warehouse and retail facilities.
We are one of the few builders in the Charlotte area that are certified as an Energy Star builder.
Pre-engineered metal building construction, as well as conventional construction, has been utilized for various projects. Design / Build capabilities include in house staff engineering with architectural services. Collier-Love’s services also include the necessary coordination of building projects on the owner's behalf with local building and code authorities.
